For the past 4 days, we’ve been having bread as our meal (French baguettes, croissants, pizzas, loaf bread, etc.) Coming from an Asian country where we’ve been used to have rice 3 times a day, eating bread 4 days in a row made us feel weak. So my husband told me, enough of this “bread diet” for he wanted to have a lavish dinner on our last day in Europe. For us, lavish doesn’t necessarily mean expensive, but rather it should make us happy and fully satisfied with what we had.
We were roaming around the area near the Dam Square and my hubby just saw a signage that particularly attracted his attention. There was a special offer of:
Argentinian Steak + Grilled Chicken + Spare ribs (with fries & salad) for just EUR 15
Argentinian Steak or Grilled Chicken or Spare ribs (with fries & salad) for just EUR 12
Looks good to me as well. So we ordered what was offered, for both meals, plus some cold Heinekken Beer. This was the tastiest steak we ever had so far.
